Terms and Conditions

Battle Attacks mission is to provide the best possible entertainment for your child and in doing so we ask that you adhere to the terms and conditions of booking as detailed below;

Upon making the booking you acknowledge and agree that Battle Attack is not responsible for any:

loss or damages of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising;
injuries of any nature that your child may suffer;
loss of or damage to property.

Payment Terms

· Nerf Open Sessions – Payment upon booking and non refundable

· Party Bookings - 50% payment is payable upon booking. Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit payment is received. A balance invoice will be issued10 days before the event. Payment must be received by return and no later than 7 days before the event date.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your party booking, the following cancellation fees apply;

21 days or more before the event date – no fee
14 - 20 days before the event date - 50% cancellation fee (based on cost of original booking including extras)
7 - 13 days before the event – 75% cancellation fee (based on cost of original booking including extras)
Less than 7 days before the event - 100% cancellation fee (based on cost of original booking including extras)

Party Food & Clearing

The Venue is available for your food time but food and drink is the responsibility of the client.
The hirer is responsible for tidying away the food area and taking their rubbish away with them as the venue does not any facilities for rubbish disposal.

Responsibility for Party Guests

The client accepts full responsibility for the party guests at all times.
The client must stay present at the venue for the duration of the party.
The client must advise of any special requirements, in advance of the party activities commencing.
The client must ensure party guests are fit to participate in the party activities as described.

Participation In All Events

Battle Attack Parties and Open Sessions are suitable for children aged 6 and above. Younger children should not be invited or encouraged to participate in the party activities.

Safety & Insurance

A full risk assessment of the Battle Attack session activities is available to view upon request.
Public liability insurance is in place and available to view upon request.
Staff are CRB checked.
Staff are not medically / first aid trained.
